📦 SHIPPING POLICY

At I AM REIGN, each item is made to order and fulfilled with love through our production partner. Because your products are created just for you, please allow time for both fulfillment and delivery.

Fulfillment Time

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days.
When we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.

Estimated Shipping Times

After fulfillment, estimated shipping times are:

United States & Canada: 3–4 business days

These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on destination and item type. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location and order contents. Some products may ship separately to ensure timely delivery.

If we’re running a Free Shipping promotion, it will automatically apply at checkout and cover standard delivery options.

🔁 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because each I AM REIGN item is custom printed and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like wrong size, color, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or never arrives, we’re here to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Orders

Please email us at iamreignco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund if the item was misprinted, damaged during transit, or otherwise defective.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery window, reach out to us and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Invalid or Unclaimed Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply). We hold returned packages for 30 days.
